Additional information with CHANGE to Recommendation
Group Manager’s Report No. PL86/13 at Section 2.9.8 notes that, in accordance with the Road Design element of the Subdivision Development Control Plan, a 15m wide carriageway and 8m wide road should be provided to service the proposed subdivision. However, due to an administrative error, condition No. 5(a) refers to a 7.5m wide road. The condition should be amended to require the provision of an 8m wide road width.
THAT Development Application No. 225/2013 for subdivision of two allotments into fourteen Torrens title lots at Lot 8 DP 23741, Lot 7 DP 23741, Nos 33 and 35 Rupert Street, Mount Colah be approved subject to the conditions of consent detailed in Schedule 1 of Group Manager’s Report No. PL86/13 with amendment to condition No. 5(a) to refer to an 8m wide road width. |
