Additional information with NO CHANGE to Recommendation

An amendment be made to Attachment 2. (Policy - Parking Restrictions - Council Car Parks), Point 5. to read as: “Enforcement of car parking restrictions in private car parking areas is subject to lease agreements between owners and Council” in Director’s Report No. IM3/25 Review of Policies Infrastructures and Major Projects Division.

RECOMMENDATION

THAT Council adopt the recommendations contained in the table in Director’s Report No. IM3/25 in respect of each of the current policies under the jurisdiction of the Infrastructure and Major Projects Division.
