Additional information with NO CHANGE to Recommendation
A typographical error has been identified in the second dot point of the Executive Summary of Director’s Report No. CE4/26. The report incorrectly states that the Draft CMP is to be exhibited for six weeks (November–December 2025). The dot point should read as follows:
“The Draft CMP to be exhibited by individual partner Councils for six weeks (April to May 2026) and finalised for Partner Council adoption from June 2026 onward. The Draft CMP would then be submitted to the Minister for Environment for Certification.”

THAT: 1. Council endorse the Draft Hawkesbury‑Nepean River System Coastal Management Program (HNRS CMP) for the purpose of placing the document on public exhibition for a period of six (6) weeks. 2. Council authorise the General Manager to approve minor administrative amendments to the Draft CMP prior to and during exhibition. 3. A further report is to be provided for Council’s consideration following public exhibition addressing submissions and recommending a final CMP for adoption and submission to the NSW Minister for the Environment and the Minister for Climate Change for certification. |
