Clause 3 Objectives

(ii) and (iv): for clarity and better expression.

Clause 4 Membership

(i) e: added Mosman Council; and

j: added any council that includes any area in the Northern Sydney region.

(iii), (iv), (v): clarified the process for application of membership (to reflect Model Constitution).

(vi), (vii), (viii): clarified the process for register list (to reflect Model Constitution).

(ix): membership fee (to reflect Model Constitution).

Clause 5 Representation

(i): added ‘by 2 delegates’ for clarity.

(ii): appointment of 2 alternative delegates.
